This concentrate of magnesium chloride coagulates soy milk during the preparation of tofu and intervenes in the cures of magnesium.

Naturally concentrated magnesium chloride crystals


Nigari is used in cooking for making tofu. This natural magnesium chloride concentrate is also used as part of a magnesium cure to improve energy.

A "magnesian water" glass made as shown below covers about 60% of the recommended daily magnesium intake.

Did you know? The nigari is a natural magnesium crystal from Qinghai Province in China at 3700-4500 m altitude. Following the uprising of the soil, this area that once housed an ocean has preserved brackish waters loaded with minerals. These waters are dehydrated in salt lakes and give magnesium chloride crystals naturally concentrated, without chemical treatment or additive. The product is then worked in Japan (dissolution, cleaning and crystallization).

  • In the kitchen: the nigari serves as a coagulant for making tofu
  • In "magnesian water": dissolve 20 g of nigari in 1 L of water and drink 1 glass (100 ml) a day.

Natural extract of sea salt (magnesium chloride).

  • 11500 mg of magnesium.
  • negligible amounts of fat, carbohydrate, protein, salt and energy value.
